Korean Sesame Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce adjust to taste
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp sugar adjust to taste
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a jar, add low-sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds.
  • Close the lid and shake until fully combined.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

  1. Substitute apple cider vinegar with any vinegar of your choice, including rice vinegar or white vinegar.
  2. Adjust the seasonings according to your preferences.
